BOOKING PROCEDURE:

RETURN POLICY:

1. The purchased items can be return and change within 7 days from the delivery date. These are the conditions for the return of purchased items:-

a) In case you have received different items than you have ordered or in different size/color.

b) Items are still in good condition & new.

c) Labels should not be cut off.

2. Return charge is only RM10 including the re-postal delivery.

3. Please post the items to our address.

4. After the return charges have been paid and the false items have been shipped back to us, we will straight away send the original items that you have ordered before.

5. We are sorry that there is no money-refund.

6. Any damages/loss of items during the process of delivery is not our responsibility. But in case it does happen, do inform us!
